Q. WHAT SHOULD I HAVE ON HAND FOR GENERAL AT HOME MAINTENANCE?

A. A quality battery charger (Optimate or Battery Tender), tire pressure gauge, chain cleaner & lubricant, bike cleaning supplies and rear stands are the most popular ‘must have’ garage items.

Q. WHY DO I HAVE TO PREPAY FOR SPECIAL ORDERS?

A. Our suppliers require prepayment of special order items. You will receive a phone call the moment your special order is here.

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A SPECIAL ORDER TO COME IN?

A. The usual wait time is between 7-10 business days from date of purchase. Sometimes this wait time is longer due to international suppliers, customs, and backorders. If the lead time is longer than expected, we will contact you ASAP. We offer expedited shipping when applicable.

Q. HOW DO I KNOW IF IT FITS MY BIKE?

A. Give us a call! We are more than happy to verify part numbers against what you have or just do all the legwork in the first place. This is the advatage of a local dealership versus buying online; personal service! Our Parts Department staff are dyed-in-the-wool motorcycle nerds and will do everything they can to answer your question. If we don't have an immediate answer for you, rest assured we'll find one soon.

Q. CAN I GET A BETTER DEAL ON THE INTERNET?

A. If you're shopping for laundry detergent, probably. But seriously, we'll do our best to price match with our online competitors. Plus, who wouldn't want to hang out with us?

Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

A. We offer a 30 day return policy on unused, as-new items. Certain return exclusions apply such as electrical components, helmets, and one-piece track suits. There is a 25% restocking fee on special orders cancelled, returned, or not picked up after 30 days. No returns on sale items.
