I am not a motorcycle enthusiast, however I am dating a boy who is known for solely asking for a ride on his uncles motorcycle at the age of 5. He loves bikes. And whats more, he loves working and tinkering on them. I don't get it myself, i think it goes back to the whole "I'm an outcome person and he is a process person conversation", but i digress. Because of his passion for motorcycle projects I have spent a good amount of time in garages, learning tools, scrapping gaskets, what have you. In that whole process, the worst part is getting parts. Enivitably we end up at some sceezy place where they are trying to sell you things you dont need, give you the wrong part, or there are enormous time delays because the parts arent in stock. MotoCorsa completely changed my view on shopping for parts. They have an incredibly friendly staff who are knowledgeable and patient. Thanks to their coffee bar I was able to sip on a nice chai tea while my bf got gearheady with the guy from service. As a result of spending so much time there I ended up getting a new jacket which I felt so good about because the employee was able to tell me how safe I was going to be which I could then relay onto my mother, haha again I digress. Moral of the story is, whether your shopping for gear, working on projects, these people should be the first and last place you need to visit. EL FIN.

I walked into this store just to check it out. I'm a Ducatista and whenever traveling around I always look for my local Ducati dealer to buy a t-shirt from. Let's start off by how friendly and welcoming the staff is. Everyone said hello to me and told me to look for them if I needed anything.Jason came and introduced himself as I was looking at the Diavel. We fired up a friendly conversation about bikes and my Monster S2R. While looking at the Diavel, Marc from service came by and asked me if I had seen the Diavel in all black. He took me to the back in the service department, showed me all the toys they had there. We fired up a conversation about motorcycles and our S2R's. He told me to check out his custom S2R sitting outside, which was sweet!Got my t-shirt and left leaving with a good feeling. This store is great, one of the top Ducati dealers I've been to in the states.

Staff is incredibly helpful. Found out my jacket size there with some much needed advice! The used store across the street has some good quality items for a damn good price as well!

I'm impress and completely satisfied with the rapid response / reply with a quick resolution to my little fork seal problem on my Streetfighter, Mike at the service desk is awesome!! Thank you Moto Corsa.

The first time I came in here I don't think I was quite cool enough. I dunno, maybe it was my shaved head and over 40 status. They were hella busy so I let it slide. I finally got someone to help me decide on a proper kit for my new bike (pants, boots, helmet, etc). They have a great selection of QUALITY gear and they are very knowledgeable about it. They even matched am online price on a helmet... they offered I didn't hve to ask. All and all a great shop. If you are poor or want cheap shit then hang your head low and slink on over to cycle gear. If you want nice stuff that will last, then stop by and take a look around....and they have espresso..

I want to commend Shahin for being so supportive of my artwork and letting me display it at Moto Corsa- no other cycle shop in Portland has done this and I appreciate it!

Just picked up a new Multi V4S, traded in a 2015, which I purchased at MotoCorsa. Special thanks to all involved, Hannah, Jason and Kelly, thank you all. I really appreciated your welcoming attitude and am looking forward to happy years with my new Multi and future trips to view at the artwork at MotoCorsa!

Cat and the crew were amazing! Best buying experience that I have had in a long time. Well done guys and gals!

Fun welcoming dealer. Had wild kids with me and never felt unwelcome while chasing them around and coordinating purchase at the same time. Communicated mostly via email in the set up to purchase and walked into dealer with most things already put together and ready to go. Left knowing there was a community in the dealer and met people through departments scheduling future maintenance and feeling confident in future support.

I drove 7 hours to Motocorsa in Portland to pick up my new Pikes Peak. The shop is amazing and the staff were incredible. I have never been in such a Ducati paradise. I was treated with so much respect and enthusiasm about my bike. It was immediately apparent that I was in the right place. I spent a couple hours window shopping and picking out some parts and apparel. I even won a Garmin GPS for being the 1st person to buy a Multi that month. What?!?! After wrapping up my business, I loaded the PP onto the trailer and hauled ass for 7 hours back home. Got home late, but I managed to beat the incoming snow storm by a few hours...nice!I just can't speak highly enough about my experience at Motocorsa. That is a quality operation and I will not hesitate to continue doing business with them. Oh yeah...the Pikes Peak is absolutely gorgeous! I can't stop looking at it.

I purchased a Ducati Diavel Carbon, with the help of Cat, Oscar, and Kelly. What an experience, and what a bike! These folks CARE ABOUT YOUR NEEDS AND WANTS! I got there right when they opened, and was on the road in under an hour. This IS NOT your average motorcycle purchasing experience. Immediately felt like part of the group, and it was a very low pressure transaction. Would give 100 stars if I could. Recommend to anyone. I will only shop Motocorsa in the future. I suggest you do the same!

I just bought a new Multistrada and took it on a 3000 mile road trip of the backroads of the West. Perfect. Thank you.

An amazing experience dealing with the team at MC. I live out of state so it can be difficult to get my bike service and bought. However the team there has been nothing but accommodating and exceeds my expectations. Graham has especially been super helpful!
Adam Wetzel, Billings, MT -
Great job. I really hated to trade in my 1098S but getting old and the neck could not handle it anymore. The new Multistrada allows for a comfortable riding position and although it does not charge hard like the 1098, the engine pulls very strong in sport setting. Last, the slipper clutch is a wonder .... and the ABS works like a dream ...I almost hit a deer last year on the 1098 and remember the back end chattering and jumping around in panic brake mode .... none of that on the new machines!

I cannot say enough good things about MotoCorsa. I live in California, and discovered the shop via Ebay while searching online for Ducati accessories. Bryan was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. I purchased a jacket and back protector at a great value. When I later needed a Ducati part, I reached out to Bryan to see about connecting with the MotoCorsa parts department. He stepped right up and found the part in stock at a fair price. All shipments were sent out immediately and showed up when promised. MotoCorsa is becoming my go-to shop for all things Ducati.

Going to MotoCorsa was an amazing experience.I found a used bike online they had listed and went into the shop to look it over and purchase it. I went to a Ducati dealership and walked out with a Triumph. What was amazing is none of the guys cared. They loved riding and wanted to see others enjoy riding as much as they did. From Sales, to parts, to gear it honestly felt like you went into a shop with a bunch of bros and they were there to include you in their journey.Honestly, I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I had issues with my bank saying the KBB was less than what was listed and they helped me to get the bank to agree to the value and finalize the financing.I will definitely be back since they have completely won me over as a repeat customer. I was worried going in as a new guy to riding and still needing to pass my MSF course that I would be treated differently, that didn't happen. They offered me safety and riding tips, how to service my bike, etc. The shop has an amazing group of employees.

I purchased my first ever motorcycle from Graham. The experience was supreme. It was like no buying experience I have had before. No pressure to buy something I didnt want, when it came down to getting within my budget they showed me other options without pressure to buy something I couldnt afford. I purchased a great almost brand new bike 27 miles on it. They went above and beyond to make sure i was happy. The process was easy straightforward no bait and switch. I will purchase another bike from them.

Moto Corsa is the best! Its like a huge toy box with nice people helping. What a place. The service is top notch. No egos. Thats what sold me.I live in Bend, OR and I had a unique issue with my Monster. The generic local shop, although very talented, didnt have the needed diagnostic gear. I spent some time on the phone with the nearest Ducati shop, and took my bike there. They were unable to repair my machine. I was bummed. Then I got hold of Mike in service at Moto Corsa. He assured me that the techs there could fix it. He patiently listened to my terribly long story about my sick Duc and then told me, we can fix it. He knew it. And he was right.I rolled up to Portland with the bike in the back of my 20-year-old pick-up. Not an enclosed specialty trailer with Ducati on the side. This was not a problem. I was treated like I bought a new bike from them every year. No egos. Very helpful. I was impressed. But it kept getting better. Ducatis everywhere! Clean floors, cool pictures on the walls, incredible staff, shiny parts, boots, leathers, helmets, coffee bar, bright lights, whoaI thought I was going to pass out.The time went so fast. We were there for hours. Its just such a cool place.I want to thank the techs that worked on my red/white 2007 Monster S2R with the bad ignition unit.
I want to thank the entire staff that helped us at every turn.
I want to thank Arun that let my girlfriend Monica and I take two Ducs out for a test ride without giving us the strongarm sales pitch. Super way cool.
And I especially want to thank Mike in service for the copious amount of time he spent with me over the phone and in person to make a frustrating situation a smooth as could be. His complete confidence in the technicians at Moto Corsa sold me and I so glad for it.When they rolled my Monster out from service it was clean and ready. I must say my heart jumped.
My Duc is fixed. My life is better!!Thank you Moto Corsa!!!
I am a forever fan.Randy Harvey

Graham Beattie is the best. He made me feel at home and went the extra mile to make sure i was taken care of. The whole crew from financing to parts were great to work with. Thanks guys! I love my bike!

Life took me from sunny Austin, TX to the mountains of Idaho. It appeared to be a wonderful idea until I discovered that there isn't a single Ducati dealership in my state. As I rode my Multistrada 1200S GT from Austin, dragging bags through MOAB I realized I was near my 15,000mile service, a very major one. I called and was well received by the Service Manager. She worked with me (and my crazy schedule/logistics) to set up a service appointment to get my baby back on the road. I look forward to doing business with MotoCorsa from now on! Cheers,-H

During a vacation road trip we decided to stop in at Moto Corsa, as i own a Ducati, we wanted to see what other dealerships have to offer. WOW!!! You guys rocked, Friendly staff, the cleanliness an design of the showroom, and the knowledge of parts staff was second to only to Bologna Italy :). It is unfortunate not all Ducati dealerships are on Moto Corsa's level. Ducati riders and owners in Portland and area are a very lucky bunch to have this caliber of service at your disposal. Thanks to Jason, Alisha(spelling?), Espresso lady and Marc in parts for spend ALOT of time with us and making us feel welcome. Hats off to the crew, keep up the great work. I look forward to riding my 1200S Monster from Edmonton Alberta Canada to get some bling from Moto Corsa someday. Thanks Again, Mike D.

Been a customer for many years, bought many bikes and lots of riding gear in this time.
But, I wanted to recognize one person specifically in this review - Janel. I am a very picky person and rarely take anyone's advise when it comes to my safety and comfort. When it was time to get a new helmet, jacket, and back protection - I allowed Janel to help. I appreciated the fact that Janel knows every detail about what she is selling. Comfort and safety is not cheap, making an informed decision is key.
Janel, thank you for helping me choose wisely. Rode 400 miles yesterday in temps varying from 54 - 75 degrees. I was never so comfortable and confident in my riding gear!
You help personify the reason Motocorsa is consistently voted one of the best in the country!Darren Jones, Portland, OREGON -
There are tons of places to buy a Ducati between Moto Corsa and my house (they are 900 miles away!). But I just bought my second Duc from these guys today. Why? They treat you like gold! I am pretty darn sure that 2 bikes and a few pieces of gear don't make me even close to being a " great" customer. Jason and Arun make me feel like I am. I called the shop yesterday. Arun and I hadn't spoken in a year. He instantly remembered me, knew about the bike I was buying, and offered me a few extra tips on customizations. They also stand behind everything they sell you. I had a minor repair for bike 1. They set me up with the best Los Angeles area mechanic, and even made a call to them for me as an introduction.Again, you could by a Ducati in almost every major city in America. My purchases will only be in Portland. (now, where can I click a 6th star?). These guys kick a**!!!!!

I have been a Motocorsa customer since 1998. Over the last 14 years I have purchased 5 Ducati motorcycles from this company (900ss, 916, Monster S2R1000, 999, and 1998s). I have had all my bikes serviced at the shop as well, and I'm very pleased with their work. I feel I have always paid a fair price for both the bikes I have purchased and the service. The staff has been great over the years. I would tell anyone wanting to buy a motorcycle to visit this shop prior to making a purchase. The staff is very knowledgeable on all types of motorcycles, the riding gear selection is very extensive, and the customer service is second to non.

I bought my Monster here in 2007 and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I feel like family every time I walk in. They know me, my fiance and our son's names.
The atmosphere is more hang out than motorcycle shop; which I like. Being a shop though, they gotta sell stuff. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they sell, and stuff they don't. They also put on some pretty good events throughout the year. They are passionate about motorcycles, of any kind, and it shows.David P, Vancouver, WA -
My wife bought her Ducati 696 at MotorCorsa in 2010. We have stopped into the shop on several occasions since then, for Party's, sales, or just fun. When it was time to do the bikes first major service, my wife and I decided on MotorCorsa. Our service writer was hannah, and she did a fabulous job explaining procedures, cost, and benefits. When we arrived to pick up the bike it looked great and everything seemed ready to go. Unfortunately, the bike quit running properly in Hood River (our destination point). I called the shop as it seemed to be the first logical move to make. Niko, the service manager walked me through some procedures and nothing worked. He sent a motorcycle towing company out asap, which the shop paid for. The news was a technician had mistakenly put the timing belt back on improperly; by not tightening a couple of bolts. Evidentially this mishap caused around $4,000 in damage to the motor. A laundry list of parts were ordered from Italy to rebuild portions of the engine. Most impressively though Niko handled every phone call I made with extreme professionalism; and when we arrived at the shop 2 weeks later to look at the damage and talk it over Niko and his team were impressive. Niko, walked my wife and I back to the bike, and immediately each technician circled around us. The tech who caused the issue had courage and explained his error in teary eyes. These men explained how serious they take a mistake like this and showed empathy towards my wife. Our original salesman (Jason) gave his apologies and did what he could do to expedite things smoother. The Gm (Arun) literally hugged my wife and offered his sincere apologies along with a loaner bike. Niko and his crew not only owned up to the mistake, they fixed it, added a new sprocket, a new chain and now the bike has never ran better. Soon after the repair, we did a 1,800 mile trip to the California wine country, and everything went perfect. Situations like this happen in life, its how you deal with them that counts. This staff has courage, dignity, and professionalism. They owned up to there mistake quickly, fixed the problem, added new parts to the bike, and humbly apologized to my wife and I too our face. For these reasons I give MotorCorsa and the staff five stars.

Place is super rad! Came in to drool a bit and yuck it up with the crew, rode away on my new hyper evo! Come check this place out!

This place is as good as it gets!If you love motorcycles (in particular Ducati), you must visit MotoCorsa! This is a top-notch space that showcases these motorcycles beautifully. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere that Arun has created is superior. It's a place I find myself just wanting to hang out at and chill, and just immerse myself in motorcycles.I am treated like a star every time i visit (and maybe that's why I like to visit so much). The staffs knowledge of motorcycles, gear, etc. is exceptional. MotoCorsa stands behind their products and they truly seem to be passionate about what they do.Come say hi to Arun and the gang, you won't regret it!...or maybe you will because you know you'll want to buy that bike 20x more after!

MotoCorsa Saved the Day!!! I got ready to go to work today and the battery on my 2006 Yamaha FZ-6 was barely cranking. So I threw the charger on it, waited 5 minutes, started it up and went to work. Big mistake. Battery was dead and not holding charge. Got to work and it wouldn't even crank at all. DED. SO I called a Yamaha shop, they didn't have one in stock, but suggested I try MotoCorsa. I didn't want to leave the bike in my work parking lot overnight, so I gave them a ring. I assumed they would hang up when I said Yamaha, or at least be dismissive, bu tI was wrong. The parts guy (Miles?) was super helpful, saying he would look up to see if they had the same battery I required. They did! Quick drive over to MotoCorso and I had my new battery, with a smile! The parts guy informed me that (lucky me) the battery model used in my bike is the most common Ducati battery model as well. Bravo MotoCorsa!!! A++

Arun, Jason and Carl made it easy to get a bike to my garage in CA as easy as possible. Nothing but an outstanding team and customer service! It was cheaper for me to buy it from Oregon and have it delivered to my garage than go through my POS local dealer. I wish MotoCorsa would open a dealer in N. California! Thank you Arun, Jason and Carl! I love my 848Evo!

I bought two motorcycles and apparel from Motocorsa. They have awesome customer service and selection. Really the best dealership to buy or just browse.

Probably one of the best shops I've been to. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. Best service from a motorcycle shop my husband or I have ever had. Great selection. Definitely will be back.

I stopped by after work to kill some time and check out the Ducati's. Still in dirty work clothes. I wasn't expecting the greeting I received. The sales associate kindly asked if there was anything he could help me with. I made it clear that I wasn't there to make a purchase. Just to check out the merchandise. I was given some time to browse before being approached by another smiling employee. I had some questions about the Ducati Monster that were answered with an invite to sit on the bike while informing me about the new features. I plan to make any big purchases here and have already referred many people. Thanks for the great experience:)

I've visited a few times just to look around and I had some good conversations with the employees each time. They are not far from where I live and sometimes I just like to go look at the new bikes. I got a good feeling about them, and from the Yelp ratings I was expecting a lot. I had my 848 in for repair for the first time since moving from LA. This was for something that I assumed should have been a simple fix, non-functional turn signals. It turned out to be a fault in the dash unit. The entire dash had to be replaced and the bike was out of warrantee. The service coordinator called me and explained that this was $1,000+ to replace it. I was pretty bummed to hear this given the nature of the problem and my expectation that it should be and easy cheap fix. Ahhh, one thing about Ducati is that you will pay, and pay again, or this is what I was thinking.. She then explained that she had already looked into if Ducati could "gift" a new unit to me, but it would take a couple days to find out. She asked for some more information, I explained this was my third Ducati and so on, so she said this would help and passed this on. In the end she called back and told me that Ducati was going to gift the dash unit to me which was awesome. I got the bike back in street legal working order with minimum dollars spent. My only complaint is that the new dash unit wasn't a color display. :)Next time I'll be back for new tires, break pads, and will signup for the first MotorCorsa track day at PIR. I like these guys, I can see there's a reason why they are so well rated. :)

Story time! I was on the front leg of my 3500 mile tour of the PNW when my Multistrada fell over while camping. After getting to civilization, I did my research and found the plastic part I needed to replace. Turns out Moto Corsa was the closest Ducati dealership to where I was.I decided to stop in and see if they had it. My first point of contact was Mario in parts. He knew exactly what I needed, and Moto Corsa had this severely obscure part IN STOCK. I didn't have tools, so he put me in touch with Hannah (with a trailing H) in service. We went over the install and some other things that the shop could take care of while the bike was in. They were able to get me squared away quickly, and got me back on the road. That could be the end of this story, and a five star rating would be warranted. While waiting for the bike to be serviced, I interacted with probably 15 of Moto Corsa's employees, all of which exhibited exceptional customer service. I don't recall all of their names, but Christian, Mario, Hannah, Kevin, Genie, and Janelle were all super cool and warm. Head in. You'll be impressed by the amount of Ducati, Rev'it, and Roland Sands (!!!) gear. You'll be floored by the customer service.

Ok.. so, I don't like Italian boots, I don't have a trust fund, and I love, from afar, Ferraris and Ducatis. I'm just a regular guy, who likes motorcycles and my wallet is only so large. That said, I generally avoid "boutiques" and places with EDM music and professional interior designers. Gimme the bin and those close out prices, or find me a deal online. Except with Motorcora. Motorcorsa's staff are excellent, world class. It's like a Bizarro Best Buy, the salespeople ride, know what they are talking about, and are actually approachable. Even if the presentation and price tags of some of the top end gear is seriously intimidating, they have gear for most budgets, and will steer you toward gear that works and is in your price range. There wasn't a piece of gear that Janell could not give me a 15 minute breakdown on. She actually showed me her riding gear to prove that it will hold up in the rain. Seriously, literally owns the product she was recommending. Add to that the patience to deal with my meandering trip through the apparel section and the indecision that comes with that. The prices are barely above online, and for the service+the opportunity to actually try the gear and support your local business, the prices are more than fair. Now, they own what used to be Turn2 used motorcycles, so I'm not sure if this is the correct place, but they let me test drive motorcycles. Seriously, they let me try the bikes before I bought them. They not only let me test drive more than one bike, when I had a minor complaint about the bike I was looking at (it turns out, it was me, not the bike). They told me it was me, and proved it. They are far more interested in getting you on the right bike, than pushing you toward a higher end bike. What can I say, infinite patience and rider focus. Absolutely everything you could ask for in a dealership, and what you never get. The environment maybe intimidating and not necessarily your "scene." But give them a shot, after you get by the EDM and product placement, its really just a place for bikers to buy cool things.
Christopher A, Beaverton, OREGON -
It's no wonder why the star rating is up for this establishment. We were greeted and taken care of from start to finish, even sharing stories about future rides. I'd like to personally thank you for the warm welcome and knowledge you provided us with today. Cheers Ducati. You guys are pretty rad.

MotoCorsa is the coolest place in the world! That's no joke, I've been in love with the shop since before I was even into motorcycles. They show races and movies, host trackdays, parties all the time, it has a coffee shop and a ton of amazing motorcycles!! = LOVE

This is the place to be. If you want decent and good priced Dainese! They have lots of sale items too, everyone was genuinely caring and helpful and was able to find a good deal on gloves here. I used to own a Ducati 996 and how I wish I lived in Vancouver/Portland when I had it. Their shop looks very good and the service guys seem to be really professional. I had the pleasure to have a peek inside. If only they serviced Japanese bikes, I would not hesitate to bring my Japanese bikes and scooters here.

Amazing shop, amazing staff, and an overall gorgeous dealership. Deff. a destination for people new to the Portland area or new to the motorcycling hobby.
