A. The usual wait time is between 7-10 business days from date of purchase. Sometimes this wait time is longer due to international suppliers, customs, and backorders. We offer expedited shipping when applicable.
A. We have a few options: when looking for OEM Ducati parts, try the microfiche catalogued on our website (coming soon) or you can always give us a call. This is the advantage of dealing with your local Ducati, MV, and Aprilia shop directly; a feature buying online doesn’t usually offer. Our Parts Department staff are major motorcycle nerds and do everything they can to answer your question. If we don’t immediately know the answer, we will find out.

A. We offer a 30 day return policy on unused, as-new items. Certain return exclusions apply such as electrical components, helmets, and one-piece track suits. There is a 25% restocking fee on special orders cancelled, returned, or not picked up after 30 days. No returns on sale items.
