Q. What should I have on hand for general at home maintenance?
A. A quality battery charger (CTEK or Battery Tender), tire pressure gauge, chain cleaner & lubricant, bike clearing supplies, and rear stands are the most popular ‘must have’ garage items.
Q. Why do I have to prepay for special orders?
A. Our suppliers require prepayment of special order items. You will receive a phone call the moment your special order is here.
Q. How long does it take for a special order to come in?
A. The usual wait time is between 7-10 business days from date of purchase. Sometimes this wait time is longer due to international suppliers, customs, and backorders. We offer expedited shipping when applicable.
Q. How do I know if it fits my bike?
A. We have a few options: when looking for OEM Ducati parts, try the microfiche catalogued on our website (coming soon) or you can always give us a call. This is the advantage of dealing with your local Ducati, MV, and Aprilia shop directly; a feature buying online doesn’t usually offer. Our Parts Department staff are major motorcycle nerds and do everything they can to answer your question. If we don’t immediately know the answer, we will find out.
Q. Can I get a better deal on the internet?
A. Ahh, well this is the internet☺….But really, it depends on what a ‘better deal’ means to you. Having face-to-face interactions and knowing you can hold someone, not a website, accountable if you need their help is important. Motorcycles are part of who you are & we share this enthusiasm. I encourage you to make the most of having an award-winning motorcycle shop in your backyard.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We offer a 30 day return policy on unused, as-new items. Certain return exclusions apply such as electrical components, helmets, and one-piece track suits. There is a 25% restocking fee on special orders cancelled, returned, or not picked up after 30 days. No returns on sale items.
Q. Will you give me a discount?
A. MotoCorsa always has a sale rack, or two, of cool Euro gear or accessories. We also offer promotions to Team Oregon instructors & graduates, Ducati Pacifica, MotoCorsa track day instructors, Tonkin employees and others. If you want to be considered, ask! A.We have connections everywhere so the answer is likely “Yes”
Q. Do you ship? I live outside of Portland.
A. We have a dedicated shipping & receiving person who stays nice and busy 5 days a week; call & we’ll ship to your door.
