Q: What are your service hours? A: Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Q: What is your hourly shop rate? A: Shop rate is $97.00 per hour, plus shop supplies and hazardous waste disposal fees. MotoCorsa employs factory trained technicians, educated in using the finest in-house proprietary tools needed to keep these beautiful machines functioning at their finest.
Q: Do I need to make an appointment? A: For most services an appointment is required. We schedule appointments for Tuesday through Friday, and Saturdays are first come, first serve. 600 mile services for new bikes can be done on a same day basis - provided the bike is dropped off by noon, it will be done by the end of the same business day.
Q: How long will my bike be in the shop? A: For many of our services, we can have the bike back to you in 24 hours. Some services (belt replacement, services involving valve checks, etc.) require that the bike sit overnight. Also in some cases parts may need to be special ordered for the repairs/ services at hand. You can be assured that in these cases we will work to get your parts as quickly as possible, and have your bike back to you promptly. We will also do all that is within our power to communicate to you any issues involving delays in the repair process.
Q: Can I drop my bike off early? A: Yes, however, there is a charge of $27.00 per day for bikes dropped off more than five business days prior to the service appointment.
Q: Can I leave my bike at the shop for a few days after the service is done? A: Unfortunately, we do not have the space to store motorcycles for more than a week after service is completed. In the case that a bike is here for longer than one week after the service, a $27.00 per day storage fee applies.
Q: My parts will be special ordered from Italy? How long will that take? A: Usually, up to two weeks. However, since closing the U.S. warehouse, Ducati has been very efficient when it comes to shipping hard parts. In many cases we have parts in our hands 72 hours from placing the order!
Q: If I buy my parts online, can you install them? A: In most cases, yes. However, be aware that many items purchased online (from eBay, or a third party) are sold in "used" or "as-is" condition may be damaged, incomplete, or are not covered under warranty. In addition, any Ducati or Ducati Performance part purchased from the dealership and installed by a technician carries with it a two year warranty (on the part itself, unfortunately, it does not cover labor).
