Retail Apparel Director

Ideal candidates will posses exemplary customer service and sales skills, extensive merchandising experience, high energy, and most importantly a passion for all things motorcycle.

Apparel Director duties include but are not limited to:

• Work with customers to sell the appropriate gear to each individual.
• Answer customer’s questions regarding price, use, and benefits of products we sell.
• Helping customer’s with the correct fitting of apparel products.
• Maintain exceptional knowledge of products we sell.
• Gauges upcoming trends and identifies new merchandise to consider for stock.
• Identifies slow moving inventory and develops strategies for selling it.
• Plans and executes yearly stocking orders as well as day to day ordering.
• Maintains inventory levels for the department.
• Monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence.
• Handles and immediately resolves all customer issues.
• Develops and implements programs to increase apparel sales.
• Prepares merchandise and displays to draw customers in.

Qualifications:

• Extensive Inventory management experience.
• Experience working in the motorcycle industry selling apparel.
• Familiarity with high end technical apparel.
• Knowledge of ADP Lightspeed NXT is a MUST.

We sell Ducati, Aprilia and MV Agusta motorcycles. Our apparel brands consist of Dainese, Rev’it and Ducati Performance as well as countless others.
